  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and success for both Salesforce and our partners.
  2. Identify and engage potential new partners to expand our network and drive revenue.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of partnership strategies.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks in partnerships to ensure continued success.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to support partner enablement and drive joint sales efforts.
  7. Create and manage joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive awareness and adoption of Salesforce products.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  9. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our partner ecosystem.
  10. Continuously assess and improve partner programs and processes to maximize partner satisfaction and productivity.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on partner management and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  12. Meet and exceed partnership and revenue targets set by the company.
  13. Stay updated on Salesforce products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate and advocate for them to partners.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities and performance.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Alliances department and across the company.

  • Experience In Building And Managing Strategic Partnerships: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Building And Managing Partnerships With Key Organizations. They Should Have Experience In Identifying Potential Partnership Opportunities, Negotiating Agreements, And Executing On Joint Initiatives To Drive Mutual Growth.

  • Understanding Of The Technology Landscape: The Alliances - Partner Account Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Current Market Trends. They Should Be Well-Versed In Cloud Computing, Saas, And Other Emerging Technologies To Effectively Position Salesforce's Offerings And Drive Partner Success.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Salesforce And Its Partners, The Alliances - Partner Account Manager Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Salesforce's Value Proposition And Build Strong Relationships With Partners At All Levels.

  • Proven Sales And Business Development Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Sales And Business Development Background, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth Through Partnerships.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: As A Member Of Salesforce's Rapidly Growing Alliances Team, The Partner Account Manager Should Be Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Changing Priorities And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
