- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and success for both Salesforce and our partners.
- Identify and engage potential new partners to expand our network and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of partnership strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks in partnerships to ensure continued success.
- Work closely with sales teams to support partner enablement and drive joint sales efforts.
- Create and manage joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive awareness and adoption of Salesforce products.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our partner ecosystem.
- Continuously assess and improve partner programs and processes to maximize partner satisfaction and productivity.
- Act as a subject matter expert on partner management and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
- Meet and exceed partnership and revenue targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on Salesforce products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate and advocate for them to partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities and performance.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Alliances department and across the company.
