As an Associate for Product Marketing GTM (Service Cloud), you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.   1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Service Cloud product line, including identifying target markets, creating messaging and positioning, and determining marketing tactics.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  4. Create and maintain marketing materials such as product collateral, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
  5. Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and events to increase product awareness and generate leads.
  6. Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, including key players, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  8. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer pain points and develop targeted messaging and materials.
  9. Collaborate with the product team to provide customer and market insights to inform product roadmap and development.
  10. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, Preferably With A Focus On Service Cloud Or Customer Service Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gtm (Go-To-Market) Strategies And Experience Executing Successful Product Launches.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Growth And Adoption Through Targeted Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.
