
Business Development Representative
At Salesforce, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to acquire new business and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be expected to build relationships with prospective customers, identify opportunities, and generate leads.The ideal candidate for this position will be an ambitious and motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You will need to be able to work independently, be able to think strategically, and have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach activities.
- Strategically plan and execute a sales process to close deals.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions to address any issues.
- Keep up to date on the latest technology and trends in Salesforce.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Provide support to Account Managers and other colleagues.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and services.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
