- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to ensure that content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to inform content development.
- Manage the content creation process, including ideation, writing, editing, and publishing, while adhering to deadlines.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, content marketing trends, and digital marketing techniques to continuously improve and innovate the content strategy.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and industry influencers, to amplify content reach and impact.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Salesforce by maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and values.
- Effectively communicate and present content strategy, performance, and key insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Content Marketing, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Content Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Seo, Social Media, And Email Marketing.
Excellent Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Engaging Content For Various Audiences.
Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Product, And Design, To Develop And Execute Content Marketing Initiatives.
