  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure their success with our data solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication and support
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
  • Analyze data and provide insights to clients on how they can leverage our data solutions to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the value of our data solutions for clients
  • Monitor and track client usage and adoption of our data solutions, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to continuously improve our data solutions and address client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to data management and customer relationship management
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our data solutions
  • Train and educate clients on how to effectively use our data solutions to achieve their business goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support.
