- Develop and implement strategies for the Executive Sponsor Program to support customer retention and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and strategic customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer success plans.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the program and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they are effectively managing customer relationships.
- Foster a culture of customer centricity and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of the Executive Sponsor Program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the program and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer advocacy and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of the program.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the Executive Sponsor Program.
Extensive Experience In Executive-Level Relationship Management: The Director Of The Executive Sponsor Program Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Relationships With C-Level Executives, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Executive Communication And Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Partnerships With Senior Leaders.
Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Drive The Success Of The Executive Sponsor Program. They Should Have Experience Leading And Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Develop And Execute Long-Term Program Strategies.
Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services: As The Director Of The Executive Sponsor Program At Salesforce, It Is Crucial To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services. This Includes Knowledge Of The Salesforce Platform, As Well As Industry-Specific Solutions And Services. This Knowledge Will Enable The Director To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Salesforce To Executive Clients.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Director Of The Executive Sponsor Program Should Be A Strong Communicator With Excellent Presentation Skills. They Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Ideas And Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner, Both In Written And Verbal Form. They Should Also Have Experience Presenting To And Influencing Senior Executives.
Experience In Managing Programs And Projects: This Role Requires Strong Project Management Skills, As The Director Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Success Of The Executive Sponsor Program. They Should Have Experience Managing Large-Scale Programs And Projects, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Set Timelines, And Manage Budgets Effectively. Experience With Agile Methodology And Project Management Tools Is Also Desirable.
