  1. Lead and manage a team of product managers to develop and execute the product roadmap for our AI-powered resource management solution.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful delivery of a world-class product.
  3. Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements in AI and resource management.
  4. Monitor market trends and customer needs to make informed product decisions and prioritize features and enhancements.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  6. Develop and manage the product budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  7. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  8. Ensure the product meets the highest quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
  12. Monitor key product metrics and use data to drive product decisions and improvements.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on the product and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously gather feedback from customers and use it to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in product development and management.
