Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced real estate leader to join Salesforce as the Director, Real Estate Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to drive the real estate strategy and execution of the company. You will be a trusted advisor in helping to craft real estate solutions that enable Salesforce to achieve its business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in real estate development and/or transactions, coupled with an understanding of finance and capital markets. A track record of success in leading complex real estate projects and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of Salesforce’s real estate strategy.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and provide strategic real estate solutions that enable Salesforce to achieve its business objectives.
  3. Manage and oversee complex real estate projects and multiple stakeholders.
  4. Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  5. Analyze financial and capital market information.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to maximize real estate investments.
  7. Monitor trends in the real estate market and recommend changes to the real estate strategy as necessary.
  8. Negotiate lease and purchase agreements.
  9. Develop and maintain a network of real estate partners and professionals.
  10. Manage and maintain real estate databases.
  11. Ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to real estate.
  12. Monitor budgets and expenses related to real estate activities.
