  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement for Salesforce across all global platforms.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence is on the cutting edge.
  3. Lead a team of social media specialists to create and publish high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and sales, to develop and implement social media campaigns that support business goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand the company's reach and enhance brand credibility.
  7. Manage the social media budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of campaigns.
  8. Stay informed on industry developments and provide insights to leadership on new opportunities and potential risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Social Media Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Strategies For A Large, Global Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms, Tools, And Trends, With The Ability To Stay Ahead Of Industry Changes.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Social Media Metrics, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making And Measure Roi.
