
Director, Strategic Workforce Planner
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to join our team at Salesforce. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective strategies for managing and optimizing an organization’s workforce.Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 7 years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, and/or project management. The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.As the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of Salesforce’s workforce planning initiatives, including developing innovative approaches to managing and optimizing our talent pool. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies for managing and optimizing Salesforce’s workforce.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure personnel needs are met and strategies for recruiting, training, and retention are aligned with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing workforce planning efforts.
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies.
- Establish policies and procedures for workforce planning, including recruitment, training, and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate existing workforce planning strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on workforce planning issues.
- Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership to ensure they are informed of the latest workforce planning trends and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning.
