Director, Strategic Workforce Planner

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies for managing and optimizing Salesforce’s workforce.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure personnel needs are met and strategies for recruiting, training, and retention are aligned with corporate objectives.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning initiatives.
4. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing workforce planning efforts.
5. Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies.
6. Establish policies and procedures for workforce planning, including recruitment, training, and retention.
7. Monitor and evaluate existing workforce planning strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
8. Provide strategic guidance to management on workforce planning issues.
9. Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership to ensure they are informed of the latest workforce planning trends and initiatives.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning.
