  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace research strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collect and analyze data on workplace trends, employee engagement, and productivity to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Facilities, and IT, to understand their needs and incorporate them into workplace research initiatives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workplace research and use this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of workplace researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges related to the workplace, working closely with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
  7. Partner with senior leadership to present research findings and recommendations, and collaborate on the implementation of workplace initiatives.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace research team and across the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as academic institutions and industry organizations, to stay informed on the latest workplace research developments.
  10. Act as a thought leader and advocate for workplace research within the company, promoting the importance of data-driven decision-making to drive positive change.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Related Field: A Director Of Workplace Research At Salesforce Should Have At Least A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Or Architecture.

  • Extensive Experience In Workplace Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting Workplace Research, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Workplace Trends And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Director Of Workplace Research, The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Provide Insights To Inform Workplace Strategies And Decisions. They Should Also Have A Strategic Mindset To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Drive Change.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Will Require The Candidate To Effectively Communicate Research Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills And Be Able To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Director Of Workplace Research Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Researchers And Managing Projects. The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leadership Roles And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team To Achieve Goals And Objectives.
