Job Description

Build training presentations focused on the Salesforce Insider program, candidate experience, and the value of connecting candidates with employees who share a special affiliation like parenting, first-gen college grads, employee resource groups, etc. Track Insider requests and measure the ROI through engagement surveys. Help develop and maintain processes to analyze and report on program growth and participation. Evaluate and report the effectiveness and adoption of Insider program. Create supplemental training materials such as one-pagers and interview guides to help support interviewers and recruiters. Deeply focus on our Salesforce Recruiting Process and our Inclusive Recruiting Principles. Effectively market/grow the program both internally and externally, provide service to internal Insiders, Recruiting Teams, and External Candidates

Job Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Deep knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace including the hiring process

  • Experience driving global scale projects with multiple stakeholders, and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Recruiting experience is a plus

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager in 415 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA is $87,744 - $111,739 per year. This range includes base salary, bonuses and profit sharing.
