
Employee Learning & Development Senior Administrator

- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee learning and development program to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Create and deliver high-quality training content and materials that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction for the overall learning and development strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design targeted programs to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our program.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and success.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization by promoting and encouraging participation in training and development opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking guidance on professional development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to ensure best-in-class offerings for our employees.
- Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs And Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
