Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Employee Learning & Development Sr Administrator to join our dynamic team at Salesforce.   1. Design and implement innovative learning and development programs to support the growth and development of our employees.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop customized solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain a learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Create engaging and interactive learning content using various mediums such as e-learning, instructor-led training, and microlearning.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to develop targeted learning initiatives.
  7. Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training programs.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and encouraging participation in learning opportunities.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning and development initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
  11. Maintain accurate records and data on training activities and employee development progress.
  12. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to support the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  13. Serve as a role model for continuous learning and development and promote a growth mindset within the organization.
  14. Contribute to the creation and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the learning and development programs.
  15. Communicate and promote learning and development opportunities to employees through various channels, such as email, intranet, and company events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing, Implementing, And Evaluating Employee Development Programs.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Facilitate Workshops And Training Sessions.
