Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and advice to employees on a range of HR topics, such as professional development, performance management, and career promotion.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure employee success and satisfaction.
  3. Design and implement training and development programs.
  4. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  5. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of employee information and performance.
  7. Assist in resolving conflicts and grievances.
  8. Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  9. Analyze employee data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
