  1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for engagement.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement effective engagement strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the presales and delivery process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects and delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
  5. Utilize your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
  6. Actively monitor and track progress of engagements, identifying potential risks and proactively implementing solutions.
  7. Continuously assess and improve engagement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Serve as a leader and mentor within the engagement team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive business growth and success.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve engagement strategies and offerings.
  11. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our solutions and building relationships with potential clients.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to customer success, ensuring that all engagements meet or exceed clients' expectations.
  13. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts and work with sales teams to develop strategic plans for achieving these goals.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on engagement progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  15. Uphold Salesforce's values and culture, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
