Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive - West to join our Salesforce team in the US. This role requires an individual that is passionate about sales, building relationships, and growing long-term customer loyalty.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related experience. An understanding of the Salesforce platform is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives in order to drive business growth.
  2. Understand customer needs and develop solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform.
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  5. Utilize Salesforce tools to manage customer accounts and track progress.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
  7. Participate in industry events to build relationships and increase visibility.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  10. Provide feedback to product team to ensure product development meets customer needs.
