
Enterprise Account Executive - West
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive - West to join our Salesforce team in the US. This role requires an individual that is passionate about sales, building relationships, and growing long-term customer loyalty.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related experience. An understanding of the Salesforce platform is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives in order to drive business growth.
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
- Utilize Salesforce tools to manage customer accounts and track progress.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events to build relationships and increase visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to product team to ensure product development meets customer needs.
