Job Description

At Salesforce, we're dedicated to attracting, retaining, and cultivating the next generation of talent. Our interns and new graduates work on real projects that affect how our business runs, giving them the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our company. Create and manage pre-planning and week-of program operations. You will support managing budget, design, vendors, and team scheduling. Communicate with employee participants, internal speakers, recruiting, creative teams, and hiring managers to make sure our team is set up for success at the conferences. Manage external relationships (event organizers, agencies, vendors) and work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and successfully execute our program.

Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences and large scale corporate events, virtual experience is a plus

  • Experience coordinating global events with multiple stakeholders, and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Experience working in developer-centric marketing, employment brand, or recruitment marketing preferred.
