  1. Develop and execute strategic communications plans to effectively convey the company's message and vision to key stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with the executive team to understand their communication needs and provide guidance and support in crafting their messaging.
  3. Write and edit compelling and impactful communications materials, including speeches, presentations, talking points, and other executive communications.
  4. Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all executive communications.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and news to identify opportunities for thought leadership and proactive communication.
  6. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  7. Manage and coordinate media interviews and speaking engagements for the executive team.
  8. Monitor and analyze the impact of executive communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Train and coach executives on effective communication techniques and best practices.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, customers, and employees.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  12. Stay updated on company news and developments to ensure accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and mission in all communications.
  14. Manage a team of communications professionals and provide guidance and support in their professional development.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's executive communication strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging For Senior Executives.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Experience Working With C-Suite Executives And Managing Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
