
Manager, Change Management & Communications
Lead several highly cross-functional, sophisticated organizational change programs impacting Finance and other key collaborators. Quickly ramp-up and develop positive relationships with Finance program team and partners to ensure programs and communications remain aligned with business priorities and outcomes. Develop and implement change management strategy (stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness analysis, training materials, etc.) for sophisticated global programs. Drive key organizational change activities on ground-breaking programs including analyzing and recommending appropriate operating model and structures for impacted teams. Facilitate change workshops to identity the change requirements and engage the impacted groups.
5 - 8 years of dedicated organizational change experience within Finance or Compliance.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role
Track record of driving organizational change programs.
Experience in inspiring change management on business transformational programs and not just technical organizational change
Experience in a fast paced software environment preferred.
