As the Manager of Employee Learning & Development, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization. We are seeking a candidate with a passion for employee growth and development, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques, to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and ensure that learning programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of different employee groups.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience for employees.
  5. Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  6. Partner with HR and other departments to integrate learning initiatives into talent management processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization by promoting and encouraging employee participation in learning opportunities.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective learning solutions.
  10. Communicate regularly with employees about learning opportunities and resources, and provide guidance and support for individual development plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 5-7 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Training Programs That Align With Company Goals And Objectives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Modern Training Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
