  1. Develop and implement global quota processes and strategies that align with company goals and drive operational excellence.
  2. Manage and lead a team responsible for quota operations, providing guidance and support to ensure team success and development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to gather data and insights to inform quota decisions and drive sales performance.
  4. Analyze sales data and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quota process.
  5. Monitor and track quota attainment to ensure accuracy and fairness in the allocation of quotas.
  6. Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of the quota process and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the quota process to ensure consistency and understanding across the organization.
  8. Communicate and present quota updates, changes, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends related to quota operations and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quota Operations Or Sales Operations, Preferably In A Global Context

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Global Quota Processes And Systems

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting To Drive Business Decisions

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Quota Operations Specialists.
