Job Description

We at Salesforce are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and professional Manager of Hospitality and Events to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing, managing, and executing a wide range of events that foster and strengthen relationships with our customers and partners.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in hospitality services and event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an ability to work well independently and within a team. The successful individual will be a creative problem-solver and have a positive attitude and commitment to excellence that will help us continue to deliver remarkable experiences to our guests.If you have the experience, drive, and enthusiasm to help us exceed our customers’ expectations and create memorable events, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage high-quality event plans and provide superior hospitality services to customers and partners.
  2. Coordinate and execute all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
  3. Assist in developing creative event concepts, such as themes, activities, and decorations.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure successful event planning and execution.
  5. Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Prepare timely reports on event progress, results, and budget performance.
  7. Provide timely feedback to team members and stakeholders on event performance and customer satisfaction.
  8. Remain current on industry trends and technology to provide creative solutions and recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and execution.
  10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the events.
