
Manager, Hospitality and Events
We at Salesforce are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and professional Manager of Hospitality and Events to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing, managing, and executing a wide range of events that foster and strengthen relationships with our customers and partners.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in hospitality services and event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an ability to work well independently and within a team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-quality event plans and provide superior hospitality services to customers and partners.
- Coordinate and execute all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
- Assist in developing creative event concepts, such as themes, activities, and decorations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare timely reports on event progress, results, and budget performance.
- Provide timely feedback to team members and stakeholders on event performance and customer satisfaction.
- Remain current on industry trends and technology to provide creative solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the events.
