- Develop and execute strategic plans to support the overall sales strategy and drive revenue growth for the organization.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Optimize sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align on sales strategy and goals.
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals to ensure alignment and consistency in processes and reporting.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve sales operations and support sales team productivity.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and manage sales compensation plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales strategy and operations, and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Strategy And Operations, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Drive Strategic Business Decisions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Implementing Sales Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
