
Marketing Cloud Prime Account Executive (FINS)
We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Prime Account Executive (FINS) to join our Marketing Cloud team at Salesforce. You will be responsible for driving customer value and success through our world-class Marketing Cloud services and solutions.To be successful in this role, you must possess deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry, a passion for driving customer success, and the ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders. You will need to be a strategic thinker, able to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the Financial Services industry.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry and customer needs to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Build relationships with senior level stakeholders and ensure customer success through the world-class Marketing Cloud services and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to assess the success of the solutions.
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the solutions are up-to-date.
- Actively participate in industry events and conferences to expand the customer base.
