  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for the higher education market to drive revenue growth for MuleSoft's integration platform.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with higher education institutions, promoting the value and benefits of MuleSoft's solutions.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the higher education sector, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions and proposals for potential clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on MuleSoft's products and services, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for the higher education market.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to sales leadership.
  10. Represent MuleSoft at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of the higher education industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  13. Stay current on Salesforce's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to effectively position MuleSoft's offerings.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of MuleSoft's solutions.
  15. Uphold Salesforce's values and ethics in all interactions with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Higher Education Industry

  • Proficiency In Mulesoft Products And Services, With A Strong Understanding Of Integration Technologies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Higher Education Sector

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Effectively Manage A Sales Pipeline.
