  1. Develop and maintain automation tools for localization processes at Salesforce.

  5. Mentor and guide team members to ensure high quality and timely delivery of localization projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Localization Automation Tools And Technologies: A Principal Software Engineer - Localization Automation At Salesforce Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Expertise In Various Tools And Technologies Used For Localization Automation, Such As Translation Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Translation Memory, And Machine Translation.

  • Strong Programming Skills In Multiple Languages: This Role Requires A Strong Foundation In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript To Develop And Maintain Automation Scripts And Tools For Localization Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Internationalization And Localization Best Practices: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Internationalization And Localization Best Practices And Standards, Such As Unicode, Icu, Cldr, And L10N Workflows.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Localization Automation Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Localization Automation Projects, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Principal Software Engineer, This Role Will Require Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Developers, And Linguists.
