  1. Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients utilizing Salesforce products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to quickly and effectively resolve client issues.
  4. Maintain a high level of communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met and issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
  5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new features and updates to Salesforce products.
  6. Document and track all client interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues before they impact clients.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience.
  9. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: A Production Support Engineer At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python, As Well As Experience With Database Management And Troubleshooting. They Should Also Be Familiar With Salesforce-Specific Technologies Such As Apex And Lightning.

  • Experience In Production Support: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In A Production Support Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.   • Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is A Crucial Aspect Of A Production Support Engineer's Job, As They Will Be Working Closely With Other Teams Such As Developers, Product Managers, And Customer Support. They Should Be Able To Clearly And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
