We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Recruiter to join our team at Salesforce. You’ll be responsible for finding, attracting and engaging with top talent to fill key roles in our organization. You’ll need to be able to understand our company culture and our hiring needs, as well as the ever-changing talent market, to ensure that we’re always bringing in the best possible candidates.To be successful in this role, you’ll need superior communication skills and a passion for finding the right person for the job. You should have an understanding of recruiting best practices, be comfortable using recruitment software and be knowledgeable in the latest trends in the job market. Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview job candidates to fill key roles in the organization.
2. Utilize recruiting software to manage the recruitment pipeline.
3. Understand the company culture and hiring needs in order to match the right candidates to the right roles.
4. Stay abreast of the latest trends in the job market to ensure the organization is always bringing in the best possible candidates.
5. Develop relationships with industry contacts to build a network of potential candidates.
6. Create job postings and source candidates through social media, job boards, and other channels.
7. Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Maintain data and records on recruitment activities and candidates.
9. Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect for all.
