  1. Manage the renewal process for existing Salesforce clients, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all renewal related inquiries.
  3. Strategize and develop renewal plans for each client, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential growth opportunities within each client's account.
  5. Monitor and report on renewal metrics, including renewal rates, churn, and revenue.
  6. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks to renewal, working to resolve customer concerns and retain their business.
  7. Stay up-to-date on Salesforce products and services, effectively communicating their value and benefits to clients during the renewal process.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from renewal to upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  9. Utilize Salesforce tools and systems to track and manage renewals and customer interactions.
