  1. Manage and renew customer contracts to ensure their continued satisfaction and success with Salesforce products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their main point of contact for all renewal-related matters.
  3. Utilize sales strategies and techniques to negotiate favorable contract terms and pricing for renewals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product teams, to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  5. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the CRM and cloud computing landscape to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their business needs.
  7. Track and report on key renewal metrics, including renewal rates, churn, and revenue, to senior management.
  8. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact customer retention.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and contract details in Salesforce CRM.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, representing our company values and commitment to customer success.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
  12. Continuously improve renewal processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop renewal campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.
  14. Keep abreast of competitors' offerings and market trends to effectively position Salesforce products and services.
  15. Uphold Salesforce's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
