Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Salesforce team and lead efforts to expand our customer base. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and technology.The successful candidate should have the ability to quickly and effectively generate sales leads with a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact with them, and building relationships with key decision makers. The successful candidate will need to be well-versed in Salesforce products and services and have the ability to convert leads into sales opportunities.Qualifications Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field• 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Highly organized and results-driven• Passion for sales and technology

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with potential customers and key decision makers to generate sales leads.
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide solutions.
  3. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track sales leads and interactions.
  4. Develop and present compelling sales presentations.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and the industry.
  7. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  8. Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
