  1. Lead the identification and evaluation of potential investments in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the financial viability and growth potential of potential investments.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the venture capital community and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  4. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on potential investments and their impact on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  5. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to evaluate potential investments and negotiate terms.
  7. Monitor and manage existing investments in the Salesforce Ventures portfolio, including tracking performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify potential investment opportunities.
  9. Represent Salesforce in external events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the network of potential investments.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and contribute to team success.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Salesforce to identify potential investment opportunities.
  12. Drive innovation and growth within the Salesforce ecosystem through the identification and nurturing of high-potential startups.
  13. Collaborate with the Salesforce Ventures team to develop and execute investment strategies that align with the overall company goals.
  14. Provide timely and accurate reporting on investment activities and performance to senior leadership.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce Ventures team by sharing best practices and implementing new processes and tools.
