  1. Develop and maintain capacity planning strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective use of Salesforce's global infrastructure.
  2. Analyze data and trends to accurately forecast and anticipate future capacity needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure requirements based on business needs.
  4. Proactively monitor and identify potential capacity constraints, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Plan and execute capacity-related projects, including hardware and software upgrades, to support business growth and maintain optimal performance.
  6. Partner with procurement and vendors to procure necessary resources and equipment for capacity expansion.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on capacity utilization, performance, and projections to senior management.
  8. Continuously review and improve capacity planning methodologies and processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews of capacity planning processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  10. Mentor and train junior capacity planning team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in capacity planning and infrastructure management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on capacity planning matters, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of capacity planning strategies, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of capacity planning initiatives and goals.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to capacity planning and infrastructure management.
