Job Description

That's why we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of M&A Integration to join our Corporate Development team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving the success of our mergers and acquisitions by leading the integration process from start to finish. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can navigate complex deals and bring together diverse teams to achieve our growth objectives.   1. Lead the integration process for all mergers and acquisitions at Salesforce, from initial planning stages to post-merger integration.
  2. Develop and implement integration strategies that align with Salesforce's overall growth objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, HR, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of acquired companies.
  4. Manage and communicate integration timelines, goals, and progress to key stakeholders.
  5. Identify potential risks and challenges in the integration process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  6. Foster strong relationships with acquired company leaders and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
  7. Develop and maintain integration playbooks, best practices, and templates to streamline future integration processes.
  8. Monitor and track post-merger integration success metrics and report progress to senior management.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform integration strategies.
  10. Mentor and coach junior members of the Corporate Development team on integration best practices and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions (M&A) Integration: A Senior Manager In M&A Integration At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Integration Processes For Mergers And Acquisitions. This Includes Experience In Developing Integration Strategies, Conducting Due Diligence, And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: As A Key Member Of The Corporate Development Team, A Senior Manager In M&A Integration Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Be Able To Analyze Financial Statements And Valuation Models. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Financial Reporting And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Senior Manager In M&A Integration Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Identify Potential Issues And Roadblocks In The Integration Process. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Develop Creative Solutions To Complex Challenges.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: In Order To Effectively Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, A Senior Manager In M&A Integration Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels, Influence Decisions, And Drive Alignment Across Teams.

  • Experience In Project Management And Change Management: M&A Integration Involves Managing Complex Projects And Driving Organizational Change. A Senior Manager In M&A Integration Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Change Management Principles To Ensure A Smooth Integration Process And Successful Post-Merger Integration.
