  • Develop and implement security and compliance strategies to ensure the highest level of trust for our customers
  • Lead and manage a team of security and compliance professionals to execute on these strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to security and compliance, and ensure that our practices are in line with these requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential security or compliance risks
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our security and compliance measures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and concerns related to security and compliance
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams about security and compliance practices, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to promote a culture of security and compliance within the company
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends in the security and compliance space and make recommendations for their implementation
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams regarding security and compliance best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Information Security And Compliance: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Information Security And Compliance. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Frameworks Such As Gdpr, Iso 27001, And Soc 2.

  • Proven Track Record In Managing Customer Trust: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Customer Trust Through Effective Security And Compliance Practices. Therefore, They Should Have A Proven Track Record In Successfully Managing Customer Trust And Delivering On Customer Commitments.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Security And Compliance Professionals, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Mentor And Guide Their Team To Achieve Goals And Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities: As A Key Point Of Contact For Customers, Regulators, And Internal Stakeholders, The Senior Manager Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate Complex Security And Compliance Concepts And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Capabilities: In Today's Constantly Evolving Threat Landscape, The Senior Manager Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities.
