  1. Develop and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce's customer relationship management platform, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly products.
  3. Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  4. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the success of the product.
  5. Communicate product updates, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers.
  6. Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  7. Analyze product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continually improve the product and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Mentor and coach junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the product management team.
  10. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  11. Ensure product compliance with legal, security, and privacy regulations.
  12. Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and other promotional activities to showcase the value and capabilities of the product.
  13. Create and manage product budgets and forecasts, and track and report on product performance.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to optimize product development and delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In Enterprise Software Or Saas Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products From Ideation To Launch.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Ecosystem, With A Deep Knowledge Of Crm And Related Technologies.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Align Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Product Strategy And Execution.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Product Roadmaps, Prioritizing Features And Driving Customer Adoption And Growth.
