  1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and create engaging and informative content.
  3. Create and distribute company-wide communications, including newsletters, emails, and announcements, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  5. Monitor and analyze employee engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  7. Manage and maintain communication channels such as intranet, social media, and email distribution lists.
  8. Plan and execute company events and initiatives that promote employee engagement and support the company culture.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other members of the internal communications team.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our values and culture through all internal communications.
  11. Ensure all internal communications are in line with company branding and messaging guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with external communication teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
  13. Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and senior leadership, addressing any questions or concerns raised by employees.
  15. Continuously review and improve internal communication processes to streamline and improve efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Internal Communications Strategies.

  • Strong Writing And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate To A Diverse Audience.

  • Experience In Employee Engagement And Change Management, With A Focus On Driving Employee Success And Promoting A Positive Company Culture.
