Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer-Commerce Cloud to join our Salesforce team. As the Senior Technical Support Engineer-Commerce Cloud, you’ll be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve customers’ Commerce Cloud-related issues.The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated self-starter with a solid background in troubleshooting and customer service. To be successful, you should have a passion for understanding customer needs and be eager to help them find solutions.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in a technical support role. You should also be experienced in using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud, as well as have an understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.If you’re excited by the thought of helping customers solve their complex technical issues, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Leverage technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud • Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Provide excellent customer service and support • Document processes and solutions for future reference • Work closely with other teams to ensure customer success • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS) • Stay up to date with new technologies and industry best practices
