- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all website platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Lead and mentor junior designers to elevate the overall design quality.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Extensive Experience In Ui/Ux Design: A Senior Ui/Ux Designer At Salesforce Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Designing User Interfaces And Experiences For Websites. They Should Have A Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Design Projects, And A Deep Understanding Of Design Principles And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Designing Successful Website Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Designing User-Centric And Visually Appealing Website Platforms That Have Delivered Measurable Results. This Could Include Increased User Engagement, Improved Conversion Rates, And Positive Feedback From Users.
Strong Knowledge Of Website Design Tools And Technologies: A Senior Ui/Ux Designer Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Design Tools And Technologies, Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, And Figma. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Html, Css, And Javascript To Effectively Communicate With Developers.
Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Ui/Ux Designers. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Provide Guidance, And Mentor Junior Designers.
