
Small Medium Business Account Executive
We are looking for a Small Medium Business Account Executive to join the team at Salesforce! This position is responsible for increasing revenue and customer satisfaction by managing a portfolio of accounts and actively promoting Salesforce products and services. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in sales and account management for small to medium businesses, outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce products and services. We are looking for a true team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the small to medium business sector
- Keep abreast of Salesforce product and services updates
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and develop action plans
- Generate reports to track customer interactions and monitor progress
- Leverage Salesforce systems to manage customer accounts and track sales metrics
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide timely and accurate customer service
