  1. Provide technical expertise and support to clients in the implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce solutions.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on all Salesforce products and keep up-to-date with new releases and features.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to clients.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  8. Provide training and support to clients on the use of Salesforce solutions.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  11. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as scoping and requirements gathering.
  12. Take ownership of customer escalations and provide timely and effective resolution.
  13. Contribute to the development and enhancement of Salesforce products by providing feedback and recommendations.
  14. Uphold the company's values and culture, exhibiting professionalism and excellent teamwork skills.
  15. Adhere to all confidentiality and security policies and procedures.
