- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top AI talent to Salesforce.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of potential candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and culture fit for Salesforce.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to attract the best AI talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment efforts, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the AI field, and use this knowledge to adapt and improve recruitment strategies.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote the company as an employer of choice for AI professionals.
- Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
- Collaborate with other members of the Futureforce team to support the overall talent acquisition strategy and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment efforts.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract top AI talent to Salesforce.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Technology Industry
Knowledge And Experience With Ai And Emerging Technologies In Talent Attraction And Recruitment
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers
Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives And Experience In Implementing Them In Recruitment Strategies
