Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager at Salesforce, you will be the go-to customer contact for all technical support inquiries. You’ll be the face of the company and will need to possess a keen understanding of customer service, technical support, and Salesforce products. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers achieve success and satisfaction with our products.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should also have a strong technical background, with experience in software troubleshooting and debugging. You should be highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads. Above all, you should have a customer-focused mindset and the passion for helping our customers achieve success.

Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for all customer inquiries related to technical support and Salesforce products • Troubleshoot and debug software issues • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset when interacting with customers • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction • Monitor customer usage of Salesforce products to ensure maximum efficiency • Keep up to date with Salesforce products and features to ensure customer success • Work with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Utilize effective communication skills to provide solutions to customer inquiries
