Build consensus and balance different priorities while dealing with ambiguity. Balance tactical design work with strategic, blue sky thinking. Advocate for simple, modern design and adherence to design conventions (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility). Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, and prototypes that show micro interactions and full experience. Create pixel-perfect visuals for product interfaces or demos when needed. Influence decision-making through presentations and storytelling with your team and partners. Contribute to and shape our design team's platform style guide, tools and practices to scale our impact across the organization.
