Job Description

Collaborating deeply with other UX disciplines, product managers and the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle to ensure your designs are addressing user and business needs, feasible to implement, and are subsequently implemented accurately. Build consensus and balance different priorities while dealing with ambiguity. Balance tactical design work with strategic, blue sky thinking. Advocate for simple, modern design and adherence to design conventions (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility). Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, and prototypes that show micro interactions and full experience. Create pixel-perfect visuals for product interfaces or demos when needed. Influence decision-making through presentations and storytelling with your team and partners. Contribute to and shape our design team's platform style guide, tools and practices to scale our impact across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Experience with Tableau or visual analytics in general is a plus.

  • A professional portfolio demonstrating impactful design experience

  • Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices

Compensation
