
Account Manager, Digital Advertising
At Sam's Club, we are in search of an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our Digital Advertising team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our digital advertising partnerships, while providing top-notch service to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, as well as develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital advertising partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing top-notch service and addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization within client accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance clients' digital advertising strategies.
- Attend client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate and present advertising strategies and results.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications and activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities and support in the acquisition of new clients.
- Represent the company and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Mentor and train junior account management team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Advertising, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Advertising Platforms, Including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Amazon Advertising.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Digital Advertising Campaigns, Driving Positive Roi For Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
