  1. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and systems operations within the designated area.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality or system-related issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Manage and train a team of quality assurance and systems staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements to continuously improve quality assurance and systems operations.
  9. Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to quality assurance and systems operations.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality assurance and systems performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And/Or Systems Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Practices, Such As Iso Certifications And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.
