- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and systems operations within the designated area.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality or system-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage and train a team of quality assurance and systems staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements to continuously improve quality assurance and systems operations.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to quality assurance and systems operations.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality assurance and systems performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And/Or Systems Management.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Practices, Such As Iso Certifications And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.
