1. Monitor and patrol the store premises to identify potential security risks and ensure the safety of members, associates, and merchandise.
2. Utilize surveillance equipment and conduct investigations to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security threats.
3. Collaborate with store management and associates to implement and maintain effective security protocols and procedures.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of security incidents and follow proper reporting protocols.
5. Provide excellent customer service by assisting members and associates with any security-related concerns or questions.
6. Conduct thorough and accurate bag checks and receipt audits.
7. Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to asset protection and security.
9. Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to minimize risk and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
10. Act as a positive role model and promote a safe and secure work environment for all associates.
11. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for associates to educate them on security protocols and procedures.
12. Keep track of inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure all merchandise is accounted for.
13. Participate in any special projects or tasks related to asset protection and security as assigned by the management team.
14. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to security and asset protection.
15. Continuously monitor and assess potential risks and make recommendations for improvements to security protocols and procedures.
