Asset Protection Associate

As an Asset Protection Associate, you will be responsible for helping to prevent and investigate any theft, fraud, or other violations of company policy.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a strong commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in loss prevention and/or asset protection. Responsibilities: •Monitoring the store for any suspicious activity or potential theft or fraud •Conducting investigations on incidents of theft or fraud •Developing and implementing loss prevention strategies •Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current criminal laws •Enforcing company policies and procedures related to asset protection •Analyzing data to identify trends and develop strategies to address them •Preparing and submitting detailed incident reports •Training and mentoring other associates on asset protection procedures •Conducting store audits and inspections •Developing and maintaining positive relationships with store customers and associates
