Asset Protection Associate

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the store to identify security risks and take appropriate action
• Maintain a high level of customer service and safety by upholding the highest standards
• Respond to incidents in a professional, effective, and timely manner
• Investigate theft and other security incidents as needed
• Develop and implement security strategies to protect members and assets
• Ensure the store is compliant with all safety and security regulations
• Communicate regularly with store management to assess security needs
• Train and mentor other employees in security protocols and procedures
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of security trends and best practices
